Terms & Conditions

Clear, practical booking terms so you always know where you stand before, during and after your trip.

Last updated: 1 August 2026. Please read these terms carefully before confirming a booking with RHSTravel.

Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or booking any service through RHSTravel, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you are booking on behalf of others, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for every traveller in your party.

Bookings and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only once we issue a written confirmation and the required deposit has been received. Quoted prices remain subject to availability and supplier confirmation until that point.

Payments

Deposits, balance due dates and accepted payment methods are stated on your quotation. Failure to pay the balance by the stated date may result in the booking being cancelled and cancellation charges applied.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation charges depend on the policies of the airlines, hotels and operators involved and on how close to departure the cancellation is made. Any refund due is processed after supplier refunds are received. Service fees are non-refundable.

Changes to Bookings

We will do our best to accommodate date, room or itinerary changes, but amendments are subject to availability and supplier charges. Some fares and rates are strictly non-changeable.

Travel Documents and Visas

Travellers are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, permits and any required health documentation. We provide guidance where possible, but final approval always rests with the relevant authorities.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical costs, cancellation, delays and baggage. RHSTravel is not liable for losses that adequate insurance would have covered.

Liability

RHSTravel acts as an agent between travellers and independent service providers. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, strikes, weather events, or acts beyond our reasonable control, though we will always assist in finding alternatives.

Traveller Conduct

Travellers are expected to respect local laws, customs and the reasonable instructions of guides and operators. Suppliers may refuse service in cases of unsafe or disruptive behaviour, without refund.

Website Content

Text, imagery and itinerary descriptions on this website are for general guidance. Inclusions, timings and pricing are confirmed only in your written quotation.

Governing Terms

These terms may be updated periodically; the version published at the time of your booking applies. Questions can be sent to our team at any time.
